What is the RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY on my order?
Returns must be made within 10 business days of receiving the order. If the error was ours we will return or replace the order. Otherwise, a 15% restock fee will apply - unless otherwise agreed on by Exotic Vette Inc. All returned / exchanged goods must be in resellable and undamaged condition. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Can I store my C5 / C6 targa top in the back with the Cargo partition installed?
YES! Our partition is the ONLY one on the market that allows the top to be stored while keeping the partition in place. Also the only ABS partition too - others are particle board which is heavier and can break or warp!

Are there any modifications required permanently to my car with your products?
No, the products we currently manufacture and sell are 100% reversible if you decide to remove them for selling the vehicle or changing it! The insulation can be removed, but would not be practical and it's a great selling point!

Do you offer other color partitions for my C5 because it doesn't have black interior?
YES! We now carry factory colors - Black, Light Oak, Pewter (Gray), Shale, Torch Red. If your car has the rare-production red (fire-thorn), yellow from the 98 pace car, or you are looking for a custom color let us know and we'll try to match it!

Does the C5 convertible partition have to be removed or adjusted to access the center compartment or put the top up or down?
No, the partition NEVER needs to be removed unless you want to take it out! Another great feature is that if you need the full trunk space, you can slide it to the rear of the trunk and have almost the entire trunk open for cargo!

I've heard of buying insulation rolls at the hardware store for A/C ducts and using it for insulation.... why would I rather spend more for yours?
First, our kits are PRE-CUT, which will easily save you HOURS of cutting and measuring to cover the car. Second, our material is designed to withstand much more heat due to foil on both sides and can be used on the console area, unlike most hardware store A/C duct insulation. Our insulation material is also much denser so it's better for sound insulation. It may cost you half as much to buy these rolls, but you will be spending at least twice as much time and aggrivation installing an inferior product - without picture instructions guiding you though it!

Is your pre-cut insulation kit easy to install for a novice?
The kit comes with full detailed instructions on how to do the entire install, including what tools to use, pictures, how to take out the interior step-by-step. It can easily be done by the average car enthusiast in an afternoon but plan on a full day just in case.
YES!! The kit does work, besides reducing heat, after a full install was completed we tested the DB levels vs before the install and averaged 10-11db reduction at highway speed - more than enough to make a difference in basic conversation levels.
